Very gently used Tommy Hilfiger Navy cowl neck navy dress with polka dots and waist belt. would be great for cocktail events or weddings. could even work for business events. I loved this dress and always hung it to dry but it doesn't fit anymore. The dress is lined which you can see in one of the photos. I can't locate the care or material tag. Dress is from a pet free, smoke free home.
