Tommy Hilfiger dress

Super cute comfy dress- navy blue with white stripes and option to button up sleeve. Missing belt/ tie that came with it- but easily worn without- I left the belt loops on in case someone wanted to wear a belt with it- but could cut off if didn’t want to bother with it.
