Navy wrap skirt with a subtle plaid pattern and button closure. 17" long, 27" waist, thick cotton fabric. Sz 4, but fits more like a 2 or 0 at waist. Small discoloration on inside lining, otherwise good condition. Super versatile for winter or spring, weekend or wear to work.
