What are the measurements? Any flaws ? What is the on the interior in the picture?

@dsshepherd it's nail polish on the inside, stained but could possibly be removed. There is a little black mark on the bottom of the bag, but other then that, it's in good condition. 17 inches across , 11 inches long, the bottom measures 6.5 invest across
