Tommy Hilfiger short sleeve maxi dress with flounce sleeves, stripe and floral

New with tags. I outgrew it before I ever got to wear it but held on to it for awhile as it's so pretty. Blue and white stripe with black and white flower patterning. Button front with optional waist tie. Hem to hollow about 37.5 inches and p2p 19.5 inches, size 12. So very cute, lightweight and summery!
