Tommy Hilfiger silver two tier chain necklace

Tommy Hilfiger two tiered silver chain necklace. Unsure if sterling silver or other, but does tarnish and this is after a polish. Nothing comes off / no underlying off colored metal underneath as far as I can tell. Adjustable from 17”-20”.
