Tommy Hilfiger tall riding style boots

Back zip up knee high boots. Black and brown logo boots. Has a nice Burgundy lining. Heel is only 1in tall. Thigh circumference is only 16 inches. 16.5 inches tall riding boots. They are size 8.5 i feel they are more like a size 8 fit. The only issue is there are slight black discoloration on some of the brown part of shoe, as shown in picture. Shoes were only worn once to an event.
