Tommy girl, Tommy Hilfiger vintage crewneck sweater Hanes heavyweight tag

First and foremost, let me say the tag on the sweater is of the brand Hanes heavyweight size medium made in the USA the graphic on the front Tommy Hilfiger, Tommy girl. This is a vintage crewneck with a vintage graphic I want to say 80s but could be early 90s. Overalls in photo not included sold separately. The photo is there for outfit Inspiration. See photos for condition as they are part of my description I did see a small spot should be visible from photo. I have not tried to treat it personally, although it is not very evident.
