Worn once to a Winter Formal and once in a pageant. Primrose with black tulle overlay at the bottom and sequined black tulle overlay from the bow up. Strapless sweetheart neck with rhinestone detail and presewn primrose bow attached above the knee. Floor length Mermaid. Where the sequin overlay looks baggy on the bodice above the bow was taken in for the pageant to give a sleeker look but can be let out. Very comfortable and easy to walk in for a mermaid.
