Tony Bowls Purple Blue Pink Ruffled Prom Dress

Excellent used condition. Size 0 but seemed to run big, I will be posting measuments. Lots of layers! Hemmed to fit the height of 5'1 with 5 inch heels. Also taken in around the underbust to fit someone who is a 32dd. Worn for fitting and prom. Tony Bowls brand. Strapless with a sweetheart neckline. Purple, blue, and pink tie dye in color with lots of ruffles and volume. Slit up the one side. Definitely a voluminous princess dress. Would be great for prom or even a quinceanera or sweet 16 party dress. Gem accents around neckline and above the slit.
