mmii620 Hi Lisa, I am such a rude posher. Sorry if I made you feel you were ghosted. Please ignore my response if you no longer need this dress. I stopped using Posh for a while due to time, but this dress is still in my possession. It’s not very flare at the bottom if you stand still; it’s more like in the hanging picture. But if you move around, it does flare up a bit. Hope this answers your question. Thanks.
