Tony Bowls Strapless Blue Evening Gown, Size 6 This strapless evening gown features elegant rouching on the bust with sheer sequin waistline. Stunning silk skirt with blue tulle overlay. Zipper back with hook and eye closure. B-cup pads sewn in, but are removable. Good used condition, previously owned with plenty of life left. There is minor yellowing on the ruching in the back. Some staining at the bottom hem. Can be dry cleaned to try to remove some of this. Worn 3 times.
