Tony bowls black beaded high low dress gown sz 4

Has never been worn out , just worn to model for the listings. Still has the elastic tag. Sz 4 but too big for my bust area , had my stylist hand tighten the bust area with embroidery thread which she said I can cut easily. Now can fit my 32 b bust.If u want she will removed the tightening thread prior to shipment
