Too Fast Brand Carol Ann Dress

This is a cute black A-line dress with small polkadots starting towards the top of the skirt which get progressively larger and turn into skulls. Top is stretchy to allow for different sized busts and dress has built in, albeit thin, petticoat. Dress has never been worn (except to try on) and still has the tag it was shipped with attached.
