@jenicabeth again it's thick pleated and stretchy so armpit to armpit laying flat 15" unstretched, up to 18" stretched comfortable. Waist 14" unstretched, 16 Stretched easily. Hope this helps🤗

@jenicabeth I feel ya. Girls with curves rule though ❤ I always say to measure yourself and go off the measurements not the sizes. They are all different. Vintage cuts run small too so don't trust sizes even if you bought from that maker before. Sometimes the material or the cut can make the sizes run funky chicken. 🎀

@hmblack3 Ok from front where strap connects at base of dress to bottom of dress 29", to very bottom of lace ruffle 31" . There are adjustable straps not included in measurement so you can get a better idea of actual measurement of material of dress lol. Hope this helps. Also it's a thick stretchy material. ❤❤❤
