pistolannie74 I'm sorry for the delayed response, we have 6 to 7 inches of snow so my son has been playing hard, so when he came inside he was very hungry and very cold. So I've been taking care of him. Okay I'm getting off topic( bad habit of mine). The tape I have says 16" if that sounds right I'm terrible at measurements. I can tell you that I am a 38D and it fits me good not tight. It does have elastic in top of the back. Hope this helps.
