Beautiful top in velvet type material with sparkly goldtone design , great for a holiday party , this top is a tunic style so it can easily be worn with leggings or a nice pair of slacks , or even a skirt , slits on each side and in front, 12 buttons going down the front ,tag say dry clean but I have washed in cold water turned inside out and it comes out perfect on gentle cycle , worn several times good used condition
