Muted dusty blue this cutie is a bit of a gauzy , crepey fabric . Hard to capture the sleeve design yet they are a bell with a slit where they overlap with ruffle! Off shoulder or on it works ! Has beautiful smocking across the top which causes it to lay nicely falling into soft pleats !
