tjan1234 @lynnsheri53 Hello - Soooo sorry for delay (computer issues:/). I added a pic of the back - which is identical to the front. The measurement from the top of middle V in the smocking in the back to the bottom of top is 18 inches. Measurement from under the armpit to the bottom of the top on the side is 17 inches. Top is meant to be worn 'off the shoulder' ... Hope this helps :-).
