Exquisite workmanship! Fluffy skirt. Faux “feather” look achieved from high quality threads, with slight sheen. Not actual feathers. Please see photos. Grosgrain waistband and zip tag. Size XS. Quality hidden back zipper. Very soft and in marvelous condition. One pin-head-size of a light discoloration on the waist band. Tags had been removed, so I do not remember the label apologies. I have worn it gently a few times. Stored in garment bag. Smoke-free, perfume/scented products-free home.
