Top Women’s Royal blue

Never worn, but I thought it would fit me so I cut off tags. It says XXL so I thought it would be about a16. I think it’s closer to 14. Very pretty with a band around waist and a small flair. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Shoulder to shoulder is 16”. Length is 30” Bust across top is 19” and waist across 17”
