albertellime09 @kdradford so sorry it took me so long to respond! My hips are 31 inches on the largest part, and the smallest part of my waist is 27 inches. I am 5’4” and when the skirt is worn at my hips it fits comfortably, but if I were to wear it higher up on my waist it is too loose. It comes above my knees no matter how high up I wear it. It is about 16inches from the waistband to the end of the skirt. Hope this helps! :)
