Top - short sleeve

NWOT. Brand new. Very cute! Have never worn but did cut the tag out after I tried it on (it was itchy..) top has cute scalloped sleeves and a side tie waist. Very pretty muted colors in tan/cream, orange, yellow and light blue. It is a size XL. Waist "un-tied" is 33.5"
