TopShop Blouse (NWOT)

Purchased couple years back. Never worn - With my job I just rarely get to wear a lot of fun pieces. Colors are really pretty and vibrant with a flutter sleeve and tie in the middle has little gold clasps. Hangs perfectly on shoulders, and is kinda flowy.
