This is brand new with a store tag. It is a women’s size 0. This is a beautiful black dress with red and pink flowers throughout the dress. It has flutter sleeves and is a long flowing somewhat of a maxi dress. I did put the measurements in the pictures. The dress is made out of 100% polyester and the lining is also made out of 100% polyester. this dress zips in the back and then it also has a some strings at the top of the back near the neck where you just kind of tie that in a bow.
