TopShop Mini Scuba Dress, Fit and Flare

This is fun, short, cocktail or evening out dress. It’s a beautiful blue/violet color. The straps are a good fit along with the bodice, and have some stretch. The skirt flares out a bit, and looks great with either heels or flats. Very easy to throw on as a one piece look! For reference, I am 5”0 and 98 pounds. I usually wear petite sizing (xxs) and found this was a perfect fit.
