Cute TopShop swim cover up skirt. Good condition. The tag says large, but since it’s so short and has draw strings, it could definitely fit smaller. I’m happy to measure with the strings completely pulled to see how tight the waist will go. From a dog friendly home. 🐶

ashuleski @downthedrayn sorry for the delay! I’ve added additional photos showing measurements. The waist is a bit over 16” pulled out. If you pull the drawstrings in, the waist shortens to about 13”. It could maybe go a little tighter, but would need some effort. I’m also a size 6, if this helps.
