snoflake117 @stephaniemaee hey girl! The waist measurement is roughly 16 in. These are definitely meant to be high waisted; and they are soooo cute with a flowy top or crop top! They’re not stretchy but they’re not rigid either, they’re a soft denim. I hope this helps!
