TopShop green black floral ruffled mini skirt NWT

Such a cute green and black mini skirt. Hard to see but there is a ruffle and buttons that run from the waist down to the bottom and on the front of the skirt. See photo where I am holding for more detail. The skirt is brand new and never worn, US women’s size 8.
