These are like new- used only once. Really cool hair curlers, made by InStyler. They heat up and you basically take strands of your hair and curl or wrap up each strand in sections and put each section of hair inside one of the heated up clips. Then you leave them so the heat curls up your hair. I recommend putting a styling cream, foam, or spray on each section of hair right before you get it ready to put in the curling clip. That will help the curls stay. Retails for about $75. My price is $35
