Top/dress

Beautiful Baby blue double layered top/dress. Worn off shoulder as dress or over shoulder as a top/tunic. Very different and becoming and feminine as the top layer hangs in a flattering hankerchief point over bottom layer made in circular fashion. The contrast makes this top/dress very different from what you commonly see in tops/tunics/dresses. It has an ethereal element to it that you can't capture in photos and the print on it is beautiful, as well, as shown in close-ups. Fits sz 6-8.
