Topman pants

NWT inside label says waist 30 length 30 but that length is not 30. That measurement must be from another country but I don’t know how to measure as they did in,I think Europe. I’m not sure how they measured that but it shows in the picture the length of the pants they’re more like a Capri they have two side pockets 2 back pockets, zipper and a snap enclosure. I also have a little string on the waist elastic waist, which is just by the string. 64% polyester, 34% VISCOSE and 2% elastane.
