lous_shop It turned out to be melanoma of his left eye. Today the 15th of Feb, 2023 we received the report it was malignant. We are trying to decide whether to go back to the dog oncologist where he can get CT’s of his body and melanoma vaccines. It would all cost about $10,000. He had his 12th Birthday yesterday on Valentines Day. 🌹❤️ He is not eating well yet so. I’m cooking him chicken & hamburger. Pray for my baby if you will. Hugs to all🤗. Lou

ltd912 @ltugwell You can do some...full body mri, not CT. If it's spread, just love him up. If it hasn't spread, no further action at this time. Vaccines are chemo and I would never put my dog...or myself...through that. Sadly, we all have shelf lives. Shame, shame on the vet for NOT doing full body MRI before surgery. Money hungry and bad doctoring together....
