fashiongoliath @keyclothes the main is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. it doesn't feel like 100% cotton. it's very thick and almost like a softer version of vinyl. the length for both Sizes is 48.5". PTP is 18" for the 2 and 19" for the 4. Ive included pictures of where the measurements were taken in the listing. thank you for your questions 💞

fashiongoliath @shenandoahohio the main is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. it doesn't feel like 100% cotton. it's very thick and almost feels like a softer version of vinyl. I keep all my items hung so I can't give you a for sure answer on wrinkling. I will say that it doesn't appear perfectly pressed on my racks so it's very possible it will wrinkle if packed. the length for both Sizes is 48.5". Ive included pictures in the listing. thank you for your questions 💞
