On the tag is it a size 4 or 0? The sizing I think has changed over the years - smallest jacket size was 4 when I bought my jackets there. Thank you!

@ccoyken it is a size 0. No stretching no damage. the material isn't stretchy at all. It's just the photo. I purchased and only wore a few times to interviews and such. it just no longer fits.
