Topshop Blue Dress. Size 4 US. Very beautiful and elegant dress. Very nice quality. BNWT. Never worn. Only tried on once. Runs a little small and narrow in my opinion. Dress style is on the longer side. There may be minor flaws due to how it was manufactured. Will fold and package well in a box. Shipped with usps first class mail with tracking.
