Topshop Blue and White Pleated Bubble Skirt for Night Out

Found at a charity shop in Ireland! A very unique item, and I’m sad that it no longer fits me. This knee-length skirt is very silky and comfortable. Has a unique dotted pattern, making it an eye-catching statement piece. Has side ties to make a bow in the front or back of the skirt. One side tie does have a single pulled thread (see photos) but is not noticeable at all (especially if tying in the back). Fits like a size Small.
