A gorgeous moody fall floral dress by Toshop with a high collar that ties at the back of the neck! The back has a fantastic cutout and the dress has a lined puff sleeve (see last pic)- very vintage inspired!! I could see wearing this with a wide brim black hat, slouchy boots, and a cool pair of statement earrings! Throw a chunky knit overtop on cooler days/nights! Size 6 no stretch ; has a side zipper ; 100% polyester and is unlined Hang tag plastic is still present as she was never worn (just missing tags).
