Topshop Green Shirred Long Sleeve Peplum Hem Blouse

Preowned / used blouse from Topshop. Olive green color. Square neckline. Smocking on the front, back, and sleeves. Peplum hem. Tie detail on the back. Puff sleeves with flared cuffs. Good used condition with some wear. The threading has come undone in one spot on the left sleeve (see last 2 pics). Missing material/care tag. Armpit to armpit: ~10.25” Length: ~17”
