This is a brand new, w/o tags, rare Topshop heart-shaped printed lollipop blouse featuring black satin piping around the collar and down the button-lined seam. The blouse is a size EU 40, US 8 & UK 12. However, it runs small and I would say fits more of a size US 4-6. As seen on Gwen Stefani!
