Topshop Mini Skirt with Stars - Currently in storage. Comment if interested

Cute skirt with a single flutter/ruffle at the bottom. Skirt itself is black and stars are a cream color. From a distance it looks more like polka dots but up close you can see they’re actually stars. Not too short and great for summer.
