Topshop Peplum Dress

Cute cocktail dress for any special occasion. Bought @ Topshop in London. Top white part is textured with a few clear sequins to add sparkle. Bottom part hugs your body. On the back there is one textured area that was pulled out a bit (see 2nd to last picture). Left it for you to tie off if it bothers you, but very minimal flaw so might not.
