Topshop Ruffled Leopard Print Skirt with balloon style tie waist in EUC

This skirt from Topshop has it all - elastic waist with tie belt, pockets, and lining and is airy and lightweight. Wear it with tights and a sweater for fall or a tank and sandals for spring.
