Topshop Satin Puff Sleeve Dress

This floral dress from Topshop is a gorgeous satin a-line dress cut along the bias. The puff sleeves are very dramatic and give an 80's vibe. There's a slit on the front side and, has a very flattering shape. The online image is a good representation of what it looks like, but my dress has a heart-shaped cut and a v-shaped back.
