NWT Purchased years back It never fit me and now that it finally does, i don't have anywhere to wear it :( It says size 12 but it never fit me when I was a 12, it fit me when I was a 10 which is why I listed it as size 10 Zipper all the way down the back, stretch on the top but no stretch in the waist area Hook and eye closure around neck Skirt is double lined PTP: 18 inches Waist: 15 inches - no stretch Length: 36 inches This could be great as a homecoming or prom dress or any formal event or dance. The orange and yellow colors with the gold and black are stunning. Flaws- there is one tiny stain on the bottom of the skirt on the left side where the tag is, it is barely seen but pictured in the last photo! I have never washed this so I have never tried to get it out One sequin missing at the very bottom row as seen in second to last photo
