Topshop balloon sleeve blouse

Sheer structured elbow sleeve blouse. Buttons up the front. Very large balloon sleeves. The fabric has a stiffness to it, but not uncomfortable. Ivory floral pattern embroidered all over. Could pass for formal attire or looks great w jeans. True to size. Like new condition, never worn.
