Topshop blue dress size 4

This dress reads as a rich jewel blue tone. The fabric feels expensive - almost a thick crepe (it’s poly and elastic) back zipper. The the sleeves cap out and there is cute stitching in the front to give a nice silhouette. The color is perfect for someone with a “winter” color analysis! (I love this dress but selling because I’m a spring!)
