Topshop cerulean blue scallop edge dress

First five photos are of actual item. Color is closer to product from website. (I don't have great light in my room.😅) Wore this dress 3 times, and now I don't fit it like I used to. Label says: EUR 36, US 4, UK 8. Fits like a US 0-2. Thanks for looking!
