Lovely flower print. This top unbuttons to open up, has an almost pleated flowy bottom, low V cut neck line. Ties on both sleeves which create a minor puffer sleeve look. The material is so soft and light weight. Size US 4, 100% polyester with a stay away from fire warning. This is like new.
