These maroon topshop pants are size 4 purchased from Nordstrom's with Nordstrom's sticker receipt. They are very stretchy. I have tried them on very comfortable. I am 5' 2" and fit me perfectly. Would be short on anyone taller but might be the look you like , with some sexy heels. Has an elastic band on the inside that stretches and is 2 inches wide. Zips up on the Left side with a button on inside top.
